COURSE CONTENT
Get to Know Program
Know Yourself program is designed to help individuals understand themselves without judgement and societies conditioning. It is a program to connect one- self by being conscious of your behavior, actions and responses. This program is designed to help humanity to better understand and accept who you are and bring light to one's conscious self encouraging mental wellness.

As much as we want individuals of bring awareness to self, this program is also aimed to encourage teams to work much more effectively through breaking boundaries and barriers. Building teams through consciousness promotes a culture of understanding and acceptance.

Our Process

Duration
We require 8 hours per module which is a total of 24 hours for program. This can be done over a half day (4hrs x 2) workshop in a month or 2 full days workshops in a month. This program is covered over 6 months which is allowing for practical and discussion work to be done.
The program is also designed to be flexible to accommodate the organization.

Module Breakdown

Modules:
MODULE 1 - SELF AWARENESS
Topic 1 - What is our internal landscape makeup currently looks like - thoughts, feelings and beliefs

Topic 2 - What is your current emotional landscape - embracing what we are currently feeling through our internal landscape.
​
Topic 3 - The voice of the ego: who are you listening to you - where are decision made from.
OUTCOME OF MODULE:
Brining awareness to ones-self and encouraging better decision making through consciousness. Ultimately leads to changes that will improve mental health and lifestyle.

WHAT IS PRACTICE OF AWARENESS?
Practicing Awareness means it’s a state of being conscious of oneself and one’s surroundings. A state of being conscious and aware of one's awareness is called self-awareness and is considered a higher form of awareness.

The science of biological psychology defines awareness as perception and cognitive response to a situation or circumstance. The importance of awareness is in the ability to control the mind. The senses, perception, sight and thoughts become clearer.

Modules:
MODULE 2 - MINDFULNESS
Topic 1 - What is mindfulness and how can we be cultivating it in our daily life.

Topic 2 - Observation of self and start working with your emotions rather than controlling them.

Topic 3 - The practice of being in the present moment
OUTCOME OF MODULE:
The goal of mindfulness is to cultivate perspective on one’s consciousness and identity that can bring greater peace mentally and relationally. This will ultimately change your way of life not just a state of mind.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness, the ancient practice of focusing non-judgmental awareness on the present moment and thoughts. It is increasingly recognised in today as an effective way to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, and effectively manage painful thoughts and feelings.

Topic 1 - Storytelling - creating a narrative you want to live by

HOW DOES STORYTELLING CREATE ONE'S CONSCIOUSNESS?
Creating the narrative that you want to live in, as we only have this one lifetime to do so.

Storytelling is a fundamental part of being human. Stories let us share information in a way that creates an emotional connection. Stories create an emotional connection; we can gain a deeper understanding of other people's experiences. It only helps us to understand their lives but allows us to take the lessons they have learned and apply it to our own.

Building teams through consciousness, makes us real - knowing that we have all failed and make mistakes which makes us human. Bringing consciousness to the workplace is a game changer making it about the people.
