Join us at JustBe Studios as we honour the Winter Solstice, a powerful turning point that invites you to release the old, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gently welcome the return of the light.
What the Event Entails:
Guided Meditation & Breathwork: Drop into the stillness and connect with your intuitive self.
Immersive Sound Bath: Be transported by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls , and other instruments as your nervous system deeply relaxes and recalibrates.
