This is a series of journaling workshops hosted once a month starting from 15 May until October 2022.

Journal writing. - this simple practice improves mental clarity, offer the ability to see the big picture of our lives, and serve as a catalogue of every success we’ve ever had. Journal writing is a useful and flexible tool to help shed light on achieving your life story. This also forms a way of the narrative you are creating in your minds versus the narrative you are living in the present moment. You are the architect of your story, journaling helps you bring aspects of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs systems forefront to you creating your story.
