The New Moon in Scorpio invites us to journey inward to release what no longer serves, to shed old layers of emotion, and to plant seeds of new beginnings.This experience combines asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and sound meditation to awaken the body, calm the mind, and expand your inner awareness.
The experience is designed to help you ground deeply, connect with your inner rhythm, and align with the moon’s cycle of renewal and transformation.
