RETREAT

This retreat has been created to help others to understand their Who, Why, When, What and How...we are? Questions, humanity has been asking on a daily basis and over decades. Some come close to finding out these answers and have reached great accomplishments. However not everyone gets that opportunity to discover the greatness that lies within ourselves.

The Soul Mapping Programme provides you the keys to unravel and to open ones awareness. The programme will demonstrate how to unlock and unravel your awareness so that you can find who you are. Awareness is the first step of self discovery. Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.

We are all seekers of life, trying to understand why are we are here and what is our purpose. This journey that we seek to explore starts with awareness of our internal and external environment.

DAY 1 - We begin this adventure with the understanding of what your internal landscape is made up of, your thoughts, feelings and beliefs which forms your internal landscape. This is how we orient yourself on your map.

DAY 2 – We address your ego and what role of your ego plays in your map. We uncover your inner emotional landscape and the lessons learnt, what you need to understand and accept.

Reclaiming any quality or belief about yourself that you may have lost as a result of the past or wound.

Day 3 – We are all on a quest to achieve 5 basic, interrelated human desires: love, security, meaning (purpose), creativity and joy. We look at the magic in living consciousness and brings the awareness within us. Magic works because of the power of Spirit.

DAY 4 – On the last day conclude on following your inner guidance and your heart desires. We also touch on the lessons learnt by our travel companions that intersects our path

dependent on location.

One of the retreats are hosted in South Africa for 3nights and 4 days and the other international.  The first international retreat will be hosted in March 2024 for 10 days.

These retreats are very intimate with small groups of 10 to 12 at one time.  This allows for people to develop better communication skills, receive support that can encourage you to risk speaking up and share and understand different points of view and ideas.

All retreats hosted are connect to the elements of the earth which is water, air, fire and nature.

  • Air represents intellect, mental intention, and connection to universal life force.

  • Earth represents grounding, the foundation of life, substance, connection to life path, and family roots.

  • Fire represents energy, a tool for transformation, connection to personal power, and inner strength.

  • Water represents emotional release, intuition, and inner reflection.

These were considered the critical energy forces that sustained life. All of these elements are integral parts of matter or the physical universe, and the human body is a physical creation existing in the material realm. Therefore, the human beings were seen to be made of and governed by the four elements. Maintaining a balance between these elements was advocated to ensure physical as well as psychological well-being.
