Temple of Remembrance: "I Know Who I Am"

This retreat is an invitation to begin your year in deep stillness, away from the noise of daily life, and into the sacred Temple of Remembrance. Over two nights, you will be held in a safe, nurturing space where silence becomes your teacher and presence becomes your guide.

Through guided meditations, conscious breath-work, and gentle rituals, you will soften into yourself, shedding what no longer serves and awakening the truth that has always lived within you.

This is more than a retreat, it is a homecoming. A return to your inner temple where the soul whispers:"I know who I am."

This retreat is inspired by my travels to Nepal this October 2025. More details will be shared later in the year.
